Create a Custom Workout from Home

In light of COVID-19 and the shut down of workout facilities Jason is offering to do a one hour online session to create a customized workout that you can do at home. He will incorporate any equipment you have (none required), your current fitness level, any injuries, your goals, etc. At the end of the hour you will have a plan that you can be confident will help you reach your goals & you’ll have accountability to get there. Beach Volleyball Court and LJ Runway!

Construction is under way on the new Official size beach volleyball court.   We are putting in a full long jump runway at the far end of the court for the various track and field events.  If you clear this pit you are going places:) A big thank you to Andrew Bass and Ryan Waters for your help on the project.   The extra hands and equipment made a huge difference.
