He puts his education, training, and years of experience in athletics and fitness into rethinking and customizing the personal training model. Jason is dedicated to fitness and to his clients and strives to ensure each one is matched with an appropriate trainer. The Peak Fitness facility features ultra-clean workout, shower, warm-up and consulting areas. We enjoy taking your preferences into account, from workout type and intensity down to the details of background entertainment—work to your choice of music, or television, or bask in the sounds of silence.

At Peak Fitness, we work with all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. Our one-on-one training lets you see results 3-4 times faster than working on your own. Each program starts with an assessment of your goals, fitness level, and training history which provides a base for a personal plan tailored to your needs. During your fitness sessions, your movements are carefully supervised for correct form and safety, and your progress is monitored and updated to challenge and motivate you towards your success goals.
