frequently asked questions
Q: Isn’t personal training for athletic people, or those who are very fit?
A: Peak Fitness caters to clients in all walks of life and all fitness levels, from students to seniors, retired athletes to young hopefuls, expectant and new mothers in our pre and post natal training, and everyone in between. Peak Fitness certified trainers personally develop a program with you to help you meet your own fitness goals and work closely with you to produce quick and long lasting results.
Q: Isn’t it expensive to have a personal trainer?
A: Peak Fitness personal training rates are comparable to the prices at many fitness clubs in the area, the difference being that you don’t have the inconvenience of waiting for parking, showers, or machines, and you don’t have to workout in a crowded facility. Add that to the benefits of receiving one on one attention and personal fitness plan monitoring from a highly certified personal trainer who is interested in your progress.
Q: I have a busy schedule. Do I have to commit to a stringent routine?
A: Peak Fitness specializes in meeting individual needs. A client’s schedule depends on availability, progress, goals, and level of fitness. Some choose to meet three times a week in pursuit of a personal fitness goal, while others need only to check in with their trainer to monitor progress, update personal plans, or supplement home training
